Ruins

After the fall of the gods, Brandrgarde and Hallowgrove fell into ruin, and the locals lost their faith. Now in these monster-infested ruins, only Gyldhunters remain, hunting monsters for Gyldenblod.

Avoid the Gyldenmist

Your Health drops quickly while inside the Gyldenmist. Move to the safe zone in advance to avoid it.

Returner Woodling

Pay attention to the sounds and visual effects when Returner Woodlings appear or engage in combat to quickly locate them and successfully escape.

Challenge Strong Enemies

When you challenge strong enemies in red zones on the map, a barrier will form to block other Gyldhunters from entering. You can interact with the barrier when nearby to leave.

Preparation

Active skills and talents can be modified at any time. Remember to adjust your loadout during preparation.

Challenge Mist Lord

Should the Mist Lord prove too challenging, you can approach the mist gate to abandon the fight.

Defeating the Mist Lord will open a portal that provides a quick way to safety if needed.

Weak Point Crits

Hitting weak points triggers Critical Hits for increased damage and impact. The head is a weak point for both Gyldhunters and most monsters.

Aiming at Enemies

Use UI MouseMove to adjust your view and aim at enemies before attacking them.

Effective Range

Ranged attacks each have their own effective ranges. Exceeding these ranges will cause damage and Impact to both diminish.

Energy Management

While in Energy Overdraft, you cannot use skills that consume Energy.

Use Items Wisely

Equip and use various Supplies and Tactical Items to recover Health, set traps, and defeat enemies at range.

Super Armor Clash

When a melee attack hits and both parties have Super Armor, a Super Armor Clash occurs, interrupting both parties and causing them to lose equal amounts of Energy.

Dagger Technique

Shadowstrix

When using a Dagger as Shadowstrix, press Major Action and Minor Action simultaneously to enter Stealth.

Dual Blades Technique

Shadowstrix

When using Dual Blades as Shadowstrix, press Major Action for Light Strikes and Minor Action for Heavy Strikes. Combine them to execute various combo branches.

Sword and Shield Technique

Mercenary

When using a Sword and Shield as Mercenary, hold Minor Action to block and reduce the damage of attacks. The amount of damage blocked is based on your Block Damage Reduction Rate. Attacks from monsters affected by Anger cannot be blocked.

Hammer Technique

When using a Hammer as Mercenary, hold Minor Action to charge up an attack. Upon successfully charging, release to perform a long-range rush attack and gain Super Armor while attacking.

Blackarrow Technique

Blackarrow

Blackarrow can equip up to 3 types of special arrows. Archer Arrows focus on dealing damage, while Hunter Arrows provide utility effects.

Sorcerer Technique

Sorcerer

Fire Bolt, Thunderstrike, Meteor Charm, and Stardust Torrent can be cast with a short press. Short presses don't consume Energy and instead cast a weaker version of the skill.

As a Sorcerer, you must choose between the Stardust Magic and Elemental Magic schools, depending on your preferred playstyle.

Restoring Health

When not in immediate danger, use Healing Elixirs to recover Health. Save the precious Springhorn for when you need quick healing.

Victory Wine

Before starting an exploration, be sure to get a drink from Sigrid. Prioritize affixes that trigger additional effects to maximize your benefits from your build.

Ward Pillars

Horse-headed Ward Pillars in Brandrgarde deal damage to nearby players. Attacking their heads will disable them temporarily.

Superior Chests

Superior Chests hold valuable rewards but are guarded by monsters. Defeat them to open the chest.

Final Showdown

In Brandrgarde's trio mode, during the final circle, a Returner Woodling with three Souls of Return will spawn. This will be your final chance to escape.

Stealth Mechanic

Enemies can hear your heartbeat when you approach them in Stealth mode. The closer you get, the quicker it beats.

Sorcerer Technique

Sorcerer

When casting combo skills using UI Wizard SwitchSkill Major/UI Wizard SwitchSkill Minor+UI Wizard Major Action/UI Wizard Minor Action as a Sorcerer, you can release UI Wizard SwitchSkill Major/UI Wizard SwitchSkill Minor once chanting begins and only need to hold UI Wizard Major Action/UI Wizard Minor Action to continue casting.

Breakaway

When taking 2 instances of impact damage in quick succession, you can use UI Dodge to perform a Breakaway to break out of the stagger and ignore collision with other units.

Emotes

Use UI EmjoyWheel to perform various emotes.

Swift Rise

During the recovery phase after being downed, you can dodge early to speed up recovery.

The Reverent Seer's shield does not stack; any new shield will replace the existing one.

When a Mercenary equipped with a Sword and Shield hits enemies 5 times, they enter Blade Edge status, allowing them to unleash Impalement by holding the Light Strike button.

Map Rules

Red zones on the map are fraught with danger. Exercise extreme caution when exploring these areas.

Mode Differences

Different weapons have different attribute modifiers and skill modifiers in Solo and Trio modes.

Differences between Ranged and Melee

After each failed escape, players will respawn with their initial equipment. Melee classes will receive additional healing elixirs.

Melee classes' attacks have stronger capabilities to reduce Poise, making it easier to stagger monsters.

Crouch to Sneak

Use Crouch to crouch and sneak, reducing noise and making it harder for monsters to detect you.

Mending Fate

Amid endless chaos and despair, a mysterious maiden appears, resurrecting fallen heroes and guiding them to become Gyldhunters who collect Gyldenblod. She hopes that one day, the shattered Web of Fate will be mended, in turn releasing the world from the eternal apocalypse.

Gyldenblod and Gyldenmist

The blood of the fallen gods has spread to the mortal realm, forming Gyldenblod and Gyldenmist. Gyldenblod contains the power of the gods, making it highly sought after, while Gyldenmist Gyldenizes those who contact it, transforming their souls and bodies into the maddened Corroded that ravage the land.

Mist Lord Berserk

The Mist Lord will go berserk after being in combat for a while, so make sure to defeat it quickly.

Finish Enemies

Successfully finishing a downed enemy recovers Health and 1 use of the Springhorn. The finishing process can be interrupted by impact damage.

Seer Technique

Seers can only use skills from their current build and cannot switch builds during a match. Make sure to select your build before the match begins.

Healing Elixir

Non-DoT damage from enemy Gyldhunters will immediately cancel the recovery effects of Healing Elixirs.

Soul Tree

When the stage's Gyldening Intensity is Chaos, Souls of Return cannot attach to Soul Trees and escape through Soul Trees is not possible.

Smuggler Woodling

Smuggler Woodlings appear randomly some time into the match. Interact with them to escape with some items.

Blasphemer Seer Technique

When Blasphemers have full Curse Mana, Minor Action will be replaced by the currently selected Rune: Enchanted Heavy Strike.

Blasphemers can recover Curse Mana by hitting enemies with Major Action or Minor Action. Curse Mana automatically regenerates over time, except while in the Zeal state.

Two Sides of Faith

Seer

Forsake the whispers of the Catalyst and embrace the fanatical power of Curse Mana. In the Skills panel, Seers can switch to the melee "Blasphemer" archetype to experience a completely different playstyle of aggressive close-quarters combat and rune bursts.

Ladder Leap

When danger surrounds you, a slow climb only leaves you vulnerable. Press UI Dodge while on a ladder to jump, using superior agility to shake off danger!

Breakaway

Breakaway has a cooldown. Taking damage and dealing damage to enemies both reduce Breakaway's cooldown.

Dodge Energy

Dodging consumes a separate resource: Dodge Energy. This resource is precious, so use it wisely to gain a tactical advantage in combat.

Knight Technique

Withered Knight

The Knight's Light Strikes inflict a Wither state on enemies. Follow up with Heavy Strikes to execute Withered targets and deal additional damage.

Change Class

With Dew's assistance, you can more easily experience the combat thrill of different classes.

Fast Leveling

When you want to quickly build a new character, you can ask Dew for assistance. She can help them level up quickly.

Character Overhead Icon

You can gauge a rival Gyldhunter's average equipment rarity by the icon above their head. Knowing your enemy is the key to an unbroken streak of victories.

Monster Overhead Icon

When a yellow or red icon appears above a monster's head, it means the gap in combat power between you is massive. Think twice before engaging!
