Rapid Arrows
After using the skill, Blackarrow enters Volley mode, allowing you to hold Major Action to rapidly fire up to 5 arrows for a certain duration, dealing Physical Damage. During Volley, shooting does not reduce Movement Speed. Dodging removes Volley.

Lore
Rapid firing with a bow isn't hard to learn, but it takes a lot of practice and mastery to make it effective. Deathclaw Hunter Eric, the last Blackarrow to shoot 10 arrows in succession, was a favored successor of Brandrgarde commander before the accident.
