What it does
Use it to create a wind field centered on yourself. The wind field follows you for a period of time and blows toward your front. Within the wind field, allied units gain a Speed Boost when moving with the wind, and enemy units are slowed when moving against it. Using the Windcaller Wings places this item on cooldown for the entire team.
