Soul Harvest (Soul Cocoon I)

Led by Archwizard Sáldr, the Velgr have dedicated their entire existence to a singular ultimate goal: the "soul-amalgam."

They refer to the test subjects of their soul experiments as "Soul Incubators," embedding Soul Cocoons within them to prepare for sacrifice to their new god. As their souls are gradually drained away, most of these altered cocoons are manipulated by the Velgr to serve as their mindless combat thralls.
