Attack (Reverent Seer)

General

When equipped with a Catalyst, press Major Action to fire a psionic orb. Hold Major Action to charge and fire an enhanced orb.

Psionic Energy regenerates over time. Firing psionic orbs and landing hits with them also accelerates its recovery.
