Killing an enemy recovers Health. Upon reaching a certain level, it also increases Attack for {KillHeal_2_Duration}s.

Siphon grows stronger as the affix levels up, with new effects unlocking at level 2 and 3.
How affixes work
Full guide →Affixes are the rolled modifiers that sit on weapons and armor. Each piece draws its affixes from an affix library, and an affix's effect scales with its level — so the same affix can be weak on a low roll and build-defining on a high one. Reroll and upgrade affixes with affix gems to push the breakpoints higher.
